MiniPolisz is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., which may change depending on seasonality, school groups and private events. By purchasing a ticket or staying in the area, visitors of Minipolisz declare that they accept these rules.

Children between the ages of 3 and 12 can visit Minipolisz accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 3 can participate in the exhibition with increased parental supervision. A maximum of 300 people can be present at the exhibition at the same time.

Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN in the whole area of Minipolisz!

It is strictly FORBIDDEN to bring animals into the territory of Minipolisz!

It is strictly FORBIDDEN to bring alcohol into the territory of Minipolisz!

It is FORBIDDEN to bring sharp, metal and glass objects and other objects causing injury into the area!

It is FORBIDDEN to bring in food and drinks in the area of Minipolisz! Food and drinks can be purchased and consumed at our buffet only. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to eat and drink in the exhibition space!

Please consume food / drinks only in the buffet area!

Visitors can only use the items placed in the boxes according to their intended purpose, at their own risk.

The attendant is fully liable for damages resulting from improper use.

The attendant is responsible for the accident resulting from improper use and its consequences!

It is strictly FORBIDDEN to disassemble or damage the objects placed in the boxes!

Stealing the objects of the exhibition will be subject to criminal prosecution.

Please do not bring children who are infected (fever, diarrhoea, vomiting, etc.) to Minipolisz.

We kindly ask older children to always pay special attention to the younger ones!

Failure to comply with the rules and unacceptable behaviour – rudeness, fighting, intentional endangerment – as well as children who disturb or endanger others, or improper use will result in exclusion from the exhibition.

Pay attention to your values gradually in the area of Minipolisz, because we do not take responsibility for objects left unattended and accidents caused by them!

Cameras are installed in the area of Minipolisz, which make recordings. The conditions of camera management are regulated by GDPR.

Photos and videos taken on the territory of Minipolisz are the property of MiniPolisz. The visitor accepts that he or she may not take any subsequent financial claim against the company operating the exhibition in connection with the recordings made in this way.

Admission to Minipolisz is always on a first-come, first-served basis! (Except groups with reservations)

In case of an expired ticket, write an email and attach the ticket! Gift tickets will be extended by 1 month if the request and ticket are sent to our email address before expiry. If the ticket has already expired 1 month ago, you can use it for 3 months by paying half of the current ticket price upon arrival. Tickets that have expired by more than 1 month cannot be extended.
