Birthday party in MiniPolisz

Have you ever had a birthday party where you could literally be anything? Celebrate as a policeman or announce your big day on the radio as the DJ of Minipolisz, but most of all, invite all your friends and have yourself the biggest and greatest kids’ party you can imagine!

Our birthday party package includes:

It can’t be combined with other packages or discounts and is specifically made for children. Food and drinks are prohibited inside MiniPolisz. Our buffet is available for accompanying adults.

Birthday parties are organized from 10 children and up.
If there are less than 10 kids, the minimum 10-kid fee is payable.

With the first 10 children a total of 2 accompanying adults are allowed to enter MiniPolisz for free and one more for every 10th child (10-19 children = max. 2, 20-29 children = max. 3 accompanying adults). The fee for each extra accompanying adult is 1.490 HUF on weekdays and 1.890 HUF on weekends, public holidays and school holidays. The fee for each extra accompanying adult is 1.490 HUFon weekdays and 1.890 HUF on weekends, HUF 1,890 / person principal payable.
The number of individual birthdays determines the minimum number of attendees:
1 birthday: min. 10 children
2 birthdays: min. 15 children
3 birthdays: min. 25 children
4 birthdays: min. 30 children
5 birthdays: min. 35 children
6 birthdays: min. 40 children
In case the minimum number is not met, the fee for the minimum number of attendees is payable.

We have a staff member who welcomes the birthday group at the reception and takes the food and drinks to the birthday venue, but the children play with their accompanying adults at the stations of the playhouse. There are animators at every 2-3 stations who help them play.

Booking rules

Reservation is only possible min. 7 days and max. 3 months before.

After booking...

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after reservation. Please check your Spam and Promotions folders as well!

We require a deposit of 25.000 HUF within a week from the time of booking. The booking is only finalized once your deposit has been received. Deposit can be paid by wire transfer or by cash and credit card at the spot. If you made the reservation within 14 days before the party, you have 24 hours to pay the deposit. In case of cancellation there’s a possibility to book another date for the following two months.

The following terms and conditions
apply for the kids and their accompanying adults attending the birthday party:

Birthday attendees can be welcomed only at the reception and all guests must be registered there (children and accompanying adults, as well) where they will receive a stamp.
Birthday participation is not possible without registration and stamp.
If a child or an accompanying adult stays at the birthday venue without registration and stamp (it’s not possible by purchasing a regular entry ticket - e.g. for a younger or older sibling), we will notify the parents of the celebrated kid and charge an extra fee.
“Working Papers” are handed out at the reception upon arrival.

Food and cake: The exact time of the celebration and meal can be set up at the reception upon arrival, and if any question has arisen, it will also be negotiated upon arrival.
If there are several celebrants, it is important that the organizers agree on the individual issues, as MiniPolisz refrains from any subsequent complaints.
Settlement takes place at the end of the party, in the buffet.
Birthday reservations can only be made in compliance with the visiting regulations and the House Rule .
